Lunch at Casa El Enemigo Winery, a small vineyard, created by winemaker, Alejandro Vigil, and historian, Adrianna Catena, the whole style represents their deep respect for history and tradition, and their complete irreverence towards the status quo. Alejandro holds the highest rating ever given to a pure Cabernet Franc wine by Robert Parker’s “The Wine Advocate”. He has taken this winery to another level by offering an incredible tasting of 8 different wines and a lunch experience. After lunch, you continue visiting a winery born in 2008.

Spend the day touring one of Mendoza’s finest wine regions, accompanied by an expert oenologist, visiting, Andeluna Cellars Winery, set at the foothills of the Andes and over 1,300 meters (4,265 feet) above sea level. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, a classic architecture winery surrounded by prime vineyards and magnificent views of the Andes Mountain range. Lunch at Francis Mallman’s restaurant Siete Fuegos. Internationally acclaimed chef Francis Mallmann creates inspired regional dishes, showcasing Argentina’s famous beef. From our gardens and the surrounding land, we proudly bring you a natural bounty of local, seasonal ingredients paired with exceptional Argentine wines. In the afternoon, return to hotel.

Enjoy a traditional wine tour at two of the best family wineries in Maipu Valley. First visit Tempus Alba Winery for a wine tasting, known as “La Cuna del Vino” or the Birthplace of Wine; only 14 miles away from downtown Mendoza. Riding the road to the winery is a pleasant experience itself. The surrounding landscape is the typical of the rural area of Mendoza; full of vineyards, olive groves, vegetables crops, almond and cherry trees, with shapes and colors enhanced by the changing silhouette and shades of the breathtaking Andes Mountains. Continue the tour with a visit and lunch at Clos de Chacras. What distinguishes Clos de Chacras Restó is the work on harmonizing the dishes with the wine produced by the winery, something essential to be able to exalt the senses in each bite and provide a complete experience. For lunch, different types of menus are offered and the option of pairing it with our best wines. In addition, guests can enjoy these dishes in a decorated room or on the deck with a view of the lake and the vineyards. After lunch, return to the hotel.
