Day 1
PIRQUE

Upon arrival, private transfer with guide to Las Majadas Hotel in Pirque.
1 (one) Double Parque Superior Room – 1 night of accommodation with breakfast & 3 nights of accommodation with Full Experience.

Haras de Pirque winery

Haras de Pirque is the union of two passions: the creation of fine wines and the breeding of pureblood horses. We invite you to get to know a modern organic vineyard for a day, with a winery equipped with state-of-the-art technology that reflects a true philosophy of excellence and quality.

We will tour every corner of the vineyard before going on to taste the best wines: Albaclara  Sauvignon Blanc and Hussonet Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva, accompanied by the exclusive icon wine Albis. A unique experience of aromas and flavors in the spectacular tasting room inside the cellar. Includes a private guide and a board of fine cheese and artisanal charcuterie.

 

Day 2
PIRQUE
Barbeque Cooking Experience

In this tour you will learn about the versatility of cooking over coals, expanding your horizons and renewing the barbecue alternatives you are familiar with while you enjoy the wines of the Maipo Valley.

Surrounded by a unique environment, we will go on a culinary journey through various preparations, from savory to sweet and with products from the land and the sea.

The experience is held in our Park, as long as the weather allows. Otherwise, it will be held indoors on the second floor of our Restaurant. Together with the chef, participants will actively prepare everything from the appetizer to the dessert on the coals.

Includes:

  • Workshop kit (recipes, apron and engraved glass of the workshop)

Day 3
PIRQUE
Full Day Glaciar Nieves Negras

Located on the southern face of San José volcano, this ice giant descends nearly 3 kilometers (approximately 1.86 miles) down the volcano’s slope. A true hidden gem of the Cajón del Maipo that will surprise you with its scenic beauty. This full-day excursion will take you into the Andes Mountains, along a clear trail with very few inclines.

We will start the journey from our hotel heading East. After 80 kilometers (approximately 49.71 miles) (2 hours), we will reach the end of Colina Valley, very close to the border with Argentina. Here are the famous hot springs of the valley, from where we will start the hike towards the East in the direction of the border crossing Nieves Negras. The route follows a marked trail and others beautiful views, such as mountain meadows and peaks over 11,500 meters (approximately 37,730 feet) above sea level. After 4 kilometers (approximately 2.49 miles) of hiking, we will cross the Volcán River to finally reach the Nieves Negras Viewpoint. At this point, we will be enjoying the views of the central Andes, learning a little more about the secrets of the mountain range.

Concha y Toro Vineyard has become the leading wine producer in Latin America. Its wine portfolio includes the iconic Don Melchor, Almaviva, and its emblematic brand Casillero del Diablo, as well as Trivento wines from Argentina and Fetzer wines from California.

Exclusive tour of the gardens and mansion of Concha y Toro, where you’ll live the experience of Don Melchor and learn how the iconic Cabernet Sauvignon of Alto Maipo is born. You’ll enjoy an exclusive tasting with cheese and nut platters.

PIRQUE – SANTIAGO – BUENOS AIRES

At the appropriate time, private transfer to Santiago airport for your flight to Buenos Aires.

Day 6
BUENOS AIRES
Full Day Classic City Tour & Colón Theatre

This tour portrays the many faces of Buenos Aires: we will visit the symbol of our city, the Obelisk, squares such as Plaza de Mayo, Plaza San Martin, and Plaza Alvear; Avenida De Mayo, Corrientes, and 9 de Julio among other avenues; La Boca and San Telmo, historic neighborhoods, the magnificent Palermo and Recoleta areas and modern neighborhoods like Puerto Madero; Lezama Park and Tres de Febrero (Palermo) and the commercial and financial areas of the city.

The Colon Theater keeps secrets in every corner and living the experience of a guided tour is knowing a portion of its history of more than one hundred years at the service of the Argentine and world culture. By touring the Hall, the Main Foyer, the Bustos Gallery, and the Golden Hall, visitors can absorb amazing details about architecture, staircases, sculptures, ceilings, or vitreaux. The duration of the tour in the theatre is approximately 50 minutes and is done by a specialized theater guide.

Tour Duration: 6 hours.

Dinner & Show Rojo Tango (Faena Hotel)

Experience one of the best dinners and tango shows in the city, Rojo Tango at Faena Hotel. Rojo Tango takes the audience through the history of tango, with all of its love, passion, madness, and glamour.

Day 7
BUENOS AIRES
Half Day Tigre & Delta

Departure from the hotel to Tigre, driving through Buenos Aires vibrant suburbs, such as Olivos, home of the President’s residence, San Isidro, known for its neo-gothic-style Cathedral, artisanal fairs, and cobblestone streets. Tigre is a charming picturesque neighborhood north of the city situated in the Paraná River delta -although colonized in 1580- it was not until the 18th century that people settled in the area. The first inhabitants were smugglers trading illegal goods who took advantage of the many labyrinths of little rivers and isles to hide, evading paying customs taxes. Towards the end of the 19th century, it became a favorite destination for recreation of the high-class of Buenos Aires. The tour includes navigating different rivers, channels, and streams of the Delta, discovering its many isles covered with abundant subtropical vegetation, picturesque houses, rowing and yacht clubs, old residences, and wooden houses built over piles to protect them from constant floods. This makes an ideal day to relax and be in touch with nature, much contrasting with the fast-paced city.

BUENOS AIRES
The Argentine Experience – Buenos Aires

The Argentine Experience introduces the best of Argentine cuisine and culture. This is NOT a cooking class, but a fun, interactive, and unique experience for meeting and dining with people from all over the world. An international team of chefs is on deck to spoil you and take you through every step of this culinary journey.

Dinner Experience starts at 7:30 PM.

Enjoy a 7-course, 17-dish dinner tasting menu, where you’ll not only savor Argentina’s finest flavors but also engage hands-on with select dishes. Each course is perfectly paired with 5 exceptional wines for a truly unforgettable meal.

Craft your own empanada and master the traditional repulgue folding technique. Savor your creation alongside sizzling provoleta cheese, savory slices of chorizo, and homemade chimichurri.

Savor a highlight of the meal with slow-braised ossobuco tenderloin served with mushroom and garlic butter baby potatoes.

Delight your sweet tooth with beloved Argentine desserts like chocotorta and panqueques con dulce de leche and conclude your expierence with a mate tasting experience paired with classic alfajores— the perfect finale to this immersive culinary celebration.

Day 10
RIO DE JANEIRO
Full Day Historic Rio & Santa Teresa with Lunch at Colombo

A walk around downtown Rio offers a great opportunity to get a taste of Brazil’s history, culture, and traditions. The oldest part of Rio de Janeiro boasts many beautiful buildings from Brazil’s colonial and gold rush era, including the São Bento Monastery and the Imperial Palace. Enjoy a delicious lunch at the Viennese-style 19th century Café Colombo. After lunch explore the charming hillside neighborhood of Santa Teresa accompanied by a knowledgeable local guide. Once home to upper class residents, Santa Teresa is now an artistic hotspot. Admire the beautiful architecture and take in the fabulous views of the city and bay below. Also visit the Carmelite convent and the famous Selarón Staircase, a colorful tile mosaic created by Chilean-born artist Jorge Selarón.

RIO DE JANEIRO
Half Day Corcovado Tour

Rio de Janeiro is a city blessed with beautiful views, impressive mountains, and lush Atlantic rainforest. The highlight of this tour is a visit to Rio de Janeiro’s iconic monument, the statue of Christ the Redeemer, on top of Corcovado Mountain (2,300 feet above sea level). Drive through the residential neighborhood of Laranjeiras and quaint Cosme Velho, lined with lovely 19th-century mansions, to the Corcovado train station. Board a cogwheel train for a 15-minute ride through the Tijuca Forest National Park, the largest urban forest in the world with more than 8,000 acres of Atlantic rainforest in the heart of Rio de Janeiro. At the hilltop enjoy 360º views of the city of Rio de Janeiro. The return itinerary leads through the Rebouças Tunnel and along the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, a heart-shaped body of water lined with luxury apartment buildings and gracious mansions, set against the backdrop of the Tijuca Forest. Return to the hotel.
