This grand luxury resort is located on one of the lower mountains of the Nahuel Huapi National Park in between two lakes, in a setting reminiscent of Switzerland.
The 1940s hotel built in a Canadian home style with rustic wood has 205 rooms. A new wing was added to the hotel in 2007. From all rooms guests can enjoy the splendor of Moreno Lake and Mount Tronador. Some suites feature roaring fireplaces and bathrooms with large hot tubs and a Scottish shower. The Llao Llao offers year-round activities, including guided nature walks, fly fishing and an 18-hole golf course. During ski season (July and August) the hotel arranges free transfers to the slopes. Being family-friendly, there are special activities for young children (ages 3 up to 12) and babysitting services. After an active day outdoors, relax at the full-service spa, indoor and outdoor heated infinity pool and enjoy a cheese fondue or a gourmet dinner at one of Llao Llao’s restaurants.
